Summary

The tender concerns geodetic services in Rzeszów: subdivision of six cadastral plots, restoration and showing of boundaries on site under one assignment, preparation of documentation for rights of way and passage easements for 10 cadastral plots, and preparation of documentation to regularise the legal status of real estate. It also covers documentation for 18 cadastral plots or land parcels intended to establish land registers, record the ownership of the State Treasury, or remove parcels from land registers. The work must comply with geodetic and cartographic legislation and include the required maps, register extracts, records and other supporting documents. The bidder must have at least one geodesist with the required professional qualifications. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and completion deadlines for the remaining 40%; no tender guarantee is required.
