Provision of home care services in the city of Racibórz for 20 dependent participants of the “Good Autumn of Life – care for residents aged 60+ of Racibórz” project, ESF Plus

The tender concerns the provision of home care services in the city of Racibórz for 20 dependent adults from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026. The minimum volume is 4,364 hours, averaging 72 hours per participant per month, and the service must be available seven days a week. The work includes assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, medically prescribed care activities and support in maintaining contact with the surrounding community. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly performed home care service for at least 20 adults over a continuous period of at least 12 months during the last three years. The bidder must also assign at least 10 people with appropriate qualifications or experience and at least 80 hours of training, including first aid or pre-medical assistance training. The tender must include the offer, required declarations and the service list, and must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 09:00. Price represents 60% of the evaluation and home care experience 40%.
