Intervention services for homeless people in non-residential locations in Gdańsk – SOS Bus

Summary

The tender concerns an SOS bus service for homeless people and people staying in non-residential locations in Gdańsk. The contractor must prepare and distribute at least 140 hot soup portions every day, each holding at least 300 millilitres and providing at least 200 calories. The service must include a catering worker, a social worker or streetworker, and access to a doctor, paramedic, nurse, or person trained in qualified first aid. The municipality will provide the bus with a driver and disposable serving equipment. The service must be delivered from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027 for at least 3 hours per day. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 09:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 6,000. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and daily service hours for 40%. Any subcontractors and subcontracted parts must be identified, and the bidder must accept the draft contract and submit the required declarations and attachments.
