Comprehensive flight and bus connection reservation services for the Academy of Land Forces

Summary

The tender concerns the reservation, purchase and delivery of economy-class air and bus tickets for international passenger routes to meet the needs of the Academy of Land Forces. Services will be provided continuously on the basis of individual orders until 31 December 2027, mainly covering flights within Europe and a smaller number of bus ticket reservations to neighboring countries. The services must comply with IATA standards. The bidder must have at least one suitably certified or experienced employee. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%), the discount offered on the ticket price (25%), the deadline for cancelling or changing a reservation (10%), and the fulfilment time for an individual order (5%).
