Provision of social services under the “Social Premium IV” project for the Ogrodzieniec Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of social services in the Ogrodzieniec Municipality from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. Bids may be submitted for two lots: Lot 1 covers home-based care services for 30 people, with 8 visits per person per month, each lasting 2 hours, for a total of 5,760 hours; Lot 2 covers group daytime care services supporting independence for a group of 10 people, with 2 meetings per month, each lasting 3 hours, for a total of 72 hours. Price is the only award criterion for both lots, with a weighting of 100%. The contract is reserved for providers with a social purpose. The bidder’s main purpose must be the social and professional integration of socially marginalised people, and at least 30% of the bidder’s employees, or of the employees in the unit directly performing the contract, must belong to the relevant groups. The bidder must meet this condition independently. No separate requirements concerning turnover, previous experience or technical capacity have been specified. The tender must be submitted in Polish electronically by 16 September 2026 at 10:00 and must be properly signed. The bidder must account for the entire service area, staff travel and transport costs, and all costs related to service delivery, materials, hygiene products and organisation. People performing coordinator duties must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract period.
