Provision of services of an assistant for a dependent person – Procedure 2

Summary

The procurement concerns personal assistance services for dependent persons, seniors and persons with disabilities in Nowe Miasteczko. The service is delivered through individual home visits and may include help with personal care, meals, mobility, household tasks, official matters, communication and social integration. The contract lasts 22 months; the maximum scope is 3,768 hours for at least 9 participants, with up to 19 hours per participant per month and a guaranteed minimum of 3,014 hours. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price (60%) and the proposed replacement time for personnel (40%); replacement within 2 hours receives the maximum score.
