Design and turnkey modernisation of the ICT infrastructure at COS Torwar I and Torwar II

Summary

The contract covers design, supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of a complete ICT infrastructure for the COS Torwar I sports hall and Torwar II ice rink in Warsaw. The scope includes Cat 6A structured cabling with approximately 400 logical points, around 40 WiFi 7 access points, approximately 2 km of single-mode fibre, LAN/WLAN equipment, UTM/NGFW and NAC security, servers, storage, backup and monitoring systems, electrical power and UPS infrastructure, 38 notebooks with 76 monitors, migration of approximately 40 VLANs, testing, training and as-built documentation. The contract is to be completed within 36 weeks of signing; Stage I is due by 10 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid guarantee is required. Award criteria are gross price (60%) and the construction-works warranty and defect-liability period (40%).
