Provision of remote safety monitoring services for elderly or dependent persons

Summary

The contract covers the delivery, installation, configuration and 24/7 operation of 18 home telecare sets for elderly or dependent persons in 18 apartments at Bolesława Śmiałego 34a in Szczecin. Each set must include fall and SOS detection, a bathroom alarm sensor, at least two motion sensors with pet immunity, smoke/temperature and flood sensors, and a central control unit. The system must provide encrypted wireless communication, event detection, 24/7 care-centre response, notification of at least five contacts and a central-unit battery life of at least five years. The contract lasts 48 months, with completion of installation within seven calendar days of receiving the installation address. Price is the only award criterion and is weighted at 100%. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00, together with PLN 2,500 bid security.
