The tender concerns 24-hour security services for persons, property and the District Court building in Częstochowa at 90 św. Rocha Street. At least two comparable public-building security contracts must have been properly performed or be ongoing within the last three years; each must have lasted at least 12 months, been worth at least PLN 1,000,000 gross and been based on a separate contract. The bidder must generally employ personnel performing the direct security work under employment contracts. The core protection of persons and property must be performed personally by the bidder, except for intervention patrol activities. The offer must include the required forms, declarations, evidence and, where applicable, a power of attorney and subcontractor information.
