Preparation of design documentation for the extension and reconstruction of the volunteer fire service building in Dąbrówka

The tender concerns the preparation of design and cost documentation for the extension and reconstruction of the volunteer fire service building in Dąbrówka. The scope includes technical designs for the architectural, structural, sanitary and electrical disciplines, a building design, bills of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate, technical specifications, applications and decisions concerning the public-purpose investment location, and the document required to permit the construction works. The documentation must also cover a two-bay fire vehicle garage, changing rooms, bathrooms and showers, storage rooms, office and social facilities, a room for the youth fire brigade, a kitchen, and a crisis-management warehouse. The bid guarantee is PLN 1,350 and a performance security is also required. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and the guarantee and statutory liability period for the documentation, weighted at 40%.
