Organisation and service of a meeting for the contracting authority's employees

Summary

The tender concerns a complete event organisation and service package for a meeting summarising 2026 and the contracting authority’s employee development activities. The event will take place in Warsaw on 11 December 2026 for up to 900 participants and will include venue arrangement, catering, technical and logistical coordination, music, entertainment, security, medical cover and dismantling.
