Organization of educational trips and workshops for participants in the Better Education in Jastków Municipality project

Summary

The tender covers travel and educational workshop services for the EU-funded “Better Education in Jastków Municipality” project. It is divided into two parts, and bids may be submitted for one or both: - Part 1: three two-day film and media workshops in the Lubelskie region for 40 pupils and 5 accompanying teachers per trip, including the programme, tickets, film workshop, accommodation, meals, transport, guide or trip leader and named accident insurance. - Part 2: one three-day sailing camp for 6 pupils and 1 teacher, including sailing instruction, first-aid training using VR glasses, educational and integration activities, accommodation, meals, transport, supervision and accident insurance. The contract must be completed by 13 November 2026. The price is worth 70 points and employing at least one person with a disability for contract performance is worth 30 points. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 13 October 2026. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
