Provision of social services

Summary

The tender concerns a 30-month social assistance service for residents who need support, including people with disabilities, older people and others receiving or requiring social assistance. The provider must help with everyday activities and related travel, accompaniment, errands and occasional intervention services. Regular services are provided on working days from 7:30 to 15:30 and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00. Sunday intervention services may be required for up to 4 hours per assignment and up to 20 hours during the contract, with a response time of up to 3 hours. The contract is reserved for providers employing at least 30% people with disabilities. The provider must have at least one qualifying social-service reference worth at least PLN 400,000 and lasting at least 10 months, provide at least two suitably qualified staff members, and have a suitable passenger vehicle manufactured in 2024 or later. A bid guarantee of PLN 5,000 is required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 8:00. Price carries 80% of the evaluation weight and service quality 20%. The quality points are available for an ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality-management certificate covering social assistance or family-support services. The contract is financed partly through the European Social Fund Plus programme.
