Provision of social services under the “Premia społeczna” grant project

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of specialist social services in Chełmża under the “Premia społeczna” grant project, from 1 January to 31 December 2027. It is divided into two lots: care services of up to 3,090 hours, and psychological services of up to 250 hours plus neurologopedic services of up to 320 hours. Services are provided mainly at beneficiaries’ homes and must respond to their individual needs. The gross price carries 60% of the evaluation and the coordinator’s experience carries 40%.
