Provision of basic care services for MOPS clients in Tarnowskie Góry from October to December 2026

Summary

The tender concerns basic care services for clients of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Tarnowskie Góry from 1 October 2026 for 92 days, with a maximum volume of 24,570 hours. Services are provided at clients’ homes and may include help with daily activities, household tasks, personal hygiene, non-specialist care prescribed by a doctor, and maintaining social contacts. The contracting authority may increase or reduce the service volume by up to 10% under an option clause; the contract provides for a minimum value of 70% of the stated contract value. The contractor must provide at least 20 suitably qualified adult caregivers, hold liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000, and demonstrate at least one properly performed care-services contract for elderly or ill persons involving at least 4,000 hours per month during the last three years. Price accounts for 60% and staff experience for 40% of the evaluation.
