Organisation and delivery of two one-day social and recreational trips for children and their carers from Pilski district

The tender covers the organisation and delivery of two one-day educational, social and recreational trips for children in foster care, foster carers and their families from the Pilski district. Both trips are planned to Poznan Malta Thermal Baths and should take place between early September and 15 December 2026, within a contract period ending on 20 December 2026. Each trip is planned for approximately 40 participants, with a possible change of 2–4 people. The trip itself must last at least four hours, excluding travel time. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting.
