Preparation and delivery of two training sessions or educational workshops on safe Internet use, new technologies and the prevention of behavioural addictions
Summary
The tender concerns the preparation and delivery of two in-person educational training sessions or workshops for foster families, children and young people in foster care. The sessions address safe Internet use, new technologies, online threats, cyberbullying, privacy, gaming and Internet addiction, parental controls, cybersecurity and healthy digital habits. One session is for up to 30 participants aged 10–18 and lasts 3 academic hours (135 minutes); the other is for up to 23 adults and also lasts 3 academic hours. Each session must include at least one 15-minute break outside the teaching time and use active methods such as presentations, discussion, brainstorming, practical exercises and questions and answers. The service must be completed by 30 November 2026. The estimated contract value is PLN 7,913.27, no variants, lots, bid security or performance security are required, and the bid deadline is 14 September 2026. Offers are submitted electronically. Evaluation is based on price (60%), the social criterion of declaring the employment of one person with a disability (10%), and the experience of the person assigned to deliver the service (30%). The bidder must provide at least one suitably educated and experienced trainer who has delivered at least two relevant trainings or workshops during the previous three years. The bidder must also submit the required declarations, evidence of experience and other documents specified in the tender documents. Staff who have direct contact with children must be checked against the relevant sexual-offender and criminal registers before participating in the service.
