Comprehensive organization of one-day and three-day trips for students from upper-secondary schools in Kielce

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive organization of one-day educational trips and three-day transport trips for students from upper-secondary schools in Kielce under the “Today a student – tomorrow a university student” project. The contract is divided into two lots and runs for 8 months or until the allocated funds are exhausted. Lot 1 covers 31 one-day coach trips for 1,020 students, with supervisors, educational workshops, meals, accident insurance and transport to a destination up to 200 km one way. Each trip lasts 8–12 hours and may carry 33–55 people. Lot 2 covers 10 three-day minibus trips for groups of 20 students plus one or two supervisors to the Architecture and Humanities Centre of the Kielce University of Technology in Sandomierz, up to 200 km one way. The contractor must include transport, fuel, drivers’ working time, motorway and parking charges, insurance and all other necessary costs; for Lot 2, the contractor also bears any driver accommodation, meals and vehicle storage costs. Vehicles must be roadworthy, clean, air-conditioned, equipped with reclining seats and seat belts, and comply with Euro 5 emissions requirements. The contractor must provide replacement transport in the event of a breakdown within the time declared in the tender, not exceeding 180 minutes. Offers are evaluated by cost (40%), replacement vehicle response time (20%), Euro 5 compliance (20%), payment period (15%) and employment of a person with a disability (5%).
