Provision of social, care and specialist services

Summary

The procurement covers six lots for the provision of social, care and specialist services until 31 August 2028. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all lots. The quantities are maximum quantities and payment will be made for hours actually ordered, delivered and accepted; the contracting authority guarantees at least 7,200 hours for Lot 1, 1,800 hours for Lot 2, 864 hours for Lot 3, 78 hours for Lot 4, 72 hours for Lot 5, and 6 physician hours plus 6 dietitian hours for Lot 6. The lots cover: in-home care services for 9,600 hours, personal assistance for a person with a disability for 2,400 hours, mobile physiotherapy for 1,152 hours, psychological counselling for 104 hours, mobile speech therapy for 96 hours, and health education and dietary counselling comprising 8 physician hours and 8 dietitian hours. The tender submission deadline is 10 September 2026 at 00:00. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish with the required signature. Price carries 60% of the score, quality criteria 30%, and the social criterion 10%.
