Provision of physiotherapy services

Summary

The tender concerns physiotherapy services for at least 50 project participants, including older people, persons with disabilities, people with mental health conditions and families directly affected by the energy transition. The services include movement and general fitness activities based on individual exercise plans, including strengthening, balance, coordination and stretching exercises and the PNF method. The services will be delivered mainly in adapted rooms at the Community Self-Help Centre in Maloszyn and, where necessary, at other suitable premises in Wladyslawow Municipality. The total volume is 896 hours: 128 hours in 2026 and 384 hours in each of 2027 and 2028, with a monthly limit of 32 hours. The contract runs until 31 December 2028. The tender deadline is 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100 points. Tenders must be submitted electronically and subcontracting is not permitted.
