MÓJ START – Community-based service supporting young people and young adults in preparing for independent living

Summary

The procurement covers the design, organisation and delivery of a comprehensive social service in Żagań County during 2027–2028. The service must support 60 people aged 16–25 in becoming independent; at least 30 participants are connected with foster care and 30 people will receive intensive individual support. Activities will take place in Żagań, Szprotawa and Iłowa and include six 72-hour independent-living programme cycles, 24 open events, up to 720 hours of individual support, 18 labour-market meetings, 12 micro-initiatives, 12 career visits and 3 cross-location activities.\n\nThe bidder must be an eligible social-economy entity and provide the required coordinator and two individual-support specialists. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the coordinator's relevant experience (40%). The submission deadline is 10 September 2026 at 08:00; the service period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028.
