Operation of Family Care Homes in Wińsko

Summary

The tender concerns the operation of two family care homes in Wińsko from 1 October 2026 to 30 November 2027. The bidder must provide round-the-clock accommodation and care services and must perform the service personally as a natural person. An offer may be submitted for only one of the two lots: the “Pod Kasztanami” family care home at 23 Piłsudskiego Street, for up to 8 adults, or the “Lawendowy Dom” family care home at 34A Piłsudskiego Street, for up to 4 adults. The bidder is responsible for the premises’ ongoing costs, including utilities, repairs and maintenance. The services include accommodation, meals and cleaning, as well as assistance with daily activities, personal care, medication, access to healthcare and personal matters. At least three meals per day must be provided, including medically indicated dietary meals, with intervals of at least four hours, the last meal no earlier than 18:00, snacks and drinks between meals, and feeding assistance where necessary. The home must enable contact with relatives, access to therapeutic and rehabilitation services, and respect for residents’ dignity, privacy and rights. The deadline for submitting offers is 10 September 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The offer must be submitted electronically and include the completed price form and required declarations. No tender guarantee or performance security is required. The bid validity period is 30 days.
