Construction of a category 1 modular shelter at the Activity Centre in Stare Bielice, Stage I

Summary

The contract covers preparation of complete design documentation for a U-1 protective structure for approximately 100 people at plot 171/4 in Stare Bielice, including the site development plan, architectural and construction design, technical design with discipline-specific studies, investor cost estimate, bill of quantities, technical specifications and a work schedule. The contractor must obtain the required opinions, approvals and administrative decisions, including a building permit, and provide author supervision during the subsequent construction works. The architectural concept is due within 2 weeks of signing; the design documentation and building permit are due by 15 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months, with 48 months receiving 20 points and 60 months 40 points. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
