Social Premium – for the Development of Social Services in the City of Łomża

Summary

The procurement concerns the organisation and operation of the “After Hours” Local Activity Club for seniors in Łomża from January 2027 to May 2029, for a total of 1,200 hours. The service includes 400 hours of life advice and individual support, 500 hours of manual and handicraft activities, 100 hours of digital workshops, 100 hours of integration and activation activities, and 100 hours of educational activities. The activities must supplement, and not duplicate, the regular Senior Club services or support financed from other sources. The provider must ensure suitable staff, venues, equipment, materials, refreshments for integration activities, documentation, accessibility and safe participation. Participation is reserved for eligible social economy entities employing at least 30% marginalised persons. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the proposed invoice payment period 40%; payment periods shorter than 14 days or longer than 30 days will result in rejection.
