The tender concerns the provision of elderly-person assistant services for beneficiaries of the Ożarów Social Welfare Centre in the Ożarów municipality from 4 January 2027 to 30 April 2029. The service covers support with daily activities, personal care, mobility, official matters, shopping, access to services and participation in social activities. The expected volume is 13,920 hours for at least 30 people, with an average of 464 hours per participant; the contracting authority may reduce the volume to 70%. The service must be delivered entirely by a social economy entity. At least three suitably qualified or experienced assistants must be provided. Price accounts for 60% and the experience of the assigned personnel for 40% of the evaluation.
