Comprehensive organization and delivery of advisory and workshop services under the project Coordination of coherent social policy in Kuyavia and Pomerania

Summary

The procurement covers two parts: advisory services for local government representatives on establishing and operating social employment entities, and the comprehensive organization and delivery of workshops for local government and social economy entities. Part 1 comprises 20 advisory hours, split equally between 2026 and 2027, delivered in person or online by 30 November 2027. Part 2 comprises three one-day workshops of at least six hours each for 25 participants per workshop, to be completed by 30 November 2026; Toruń, Bydgoszcz and Włocławek are suggested locations. Offers must be submitted electronically by 9 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 50% of the score and the experience of the proposed personnel 40%; the remaining 10% concerns a social criterion specific to each part.
