Preparation of materials and support for information and promotional activities for the Ryki County Energy Cluster infrastructure investment project

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive information and promotional support for the project developing the infrastructure of the Ryki County Energy Cluster. The contractor must prepare project communication materials, update technical and organisational information at least every three months, produce three project-stage films in short and long versions using at least 60% current on-site recordings, prepare two reports, support 32 meetings and provide specified printed and promotional materials. If requested by the Ministry, the contractor must also organise study visits and provide conference support. The contract runs until 18 June 2027. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 11:00. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
