The tender concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for demolishing and reconstructing the existing residential building at 32 K. Leczkowa Street in Gdańsk, including the required opinions, agreements, decisions and building permit, as well as author’s supervision during the construction works. The reconstructed building must retain its residential function and historic architectural details in accordance with the conservation guidelines. The contract must be completed within 10 months of signing, excluding author’s supervision. Offers must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 00:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 5,000, and the price is the only award criterion.
