Provision of sports activity services led by a sports coordinator under the project “Foster Care in Olsztyn County. PROFESJA Z MISJĄ”

Summary

The procurement concerns sports activity services for 7–15 children aged 6–18 placed in institutional foster care in Olsztyn County. The service must be delivered by a sports coordinator, instructor or coach twice a week on weekday afternoons and at weekends, up to 35 clock hours per month and at least 400 hours during the contract period ending on 30 April 2028. The contractor must prepare schedules and attendance and activity records, maintain contact with the contracting authority, and submit the offer electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 15:30. Offers are scored by price (60%), additional trainer or instructor experience (35%), and employing at least one person from a specified socially excluded or at-risk group (5%).
