Provision of community therapist services under the SDiT project

Summary

The tender concerns community therapist services under the SDiT project. It is divided into five lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots. Each lot covers home-based services or meetings for 100 project participants aged 1.5–17 living in the Warsaw, Otwock, Wołomin, Mińsk, Grodzisk, Legionowo, Nowy Dwór, Piaseczno, Pruszków or West Warsaw counties. The services are expected to be provided after the functional assessment stage, within three months of its completion, and the contracts run until 30 November 2027 for lots 1–4 and until 27 November 2027 for lot 5. The price is the only award criterion, with a 100% weighting. Bids must be submitted electronically through the purchasing platform by 7 September 2026 at 09:00, and the bid validity period is 30 days.
