Provision of specialised care services for adults in their place of residence

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and provision of specialised care services for adults living in Zielonki municipality, at the beneficiaries’ homes. Services will be provided seven days a week from contract signature until 30 June 2027, for approximately 3,955 hours and up to four beneficiaries, with the actual volume adjustable to individual needs. The scope includes support for independent living, personal care and treatment-related assistance, physical rehabilitation, psychosocial and educational support, administrative matters, employment-related assistance, money management and housing support. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 23:55. A PLN 4,900 bid guarantee is required. Award criteria are price (60%), the qualifications and experience of the proposed staff (20%), and the bidder’s experience (20%).
