Provision of support services at the homes of adult residents of Lubawa Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the provision of support services at the homes of adult residents of Lubawa Municipality participating in the project “Social Services Centre as a new quality of support for residents of Lubawa Rural Municipality”. The services include 780 one-hour mobile psychologist sessions for 150 people, 250 one-hour mobility-support sessions for 80 people delivered by a personal trainer, and 500 handyman services for 150 people. Services will be provided in Lubawa Municipality from October 2026, after contract signature, until 31 December 2028, generally within 7 days of a service request. The estimated contract value is PLN 387,568.20. Only a social economy entity within the meaning of the applicable Polish law may participate. The award is based on price (60%) and personnel experience (40%).
