This service procurement concerns the preparation of building and detailed design documentation, together with all necessary approvals, for creating a self-balancing energy area in Milówka. The scope covers the extension of the existing low-voltage electricity network, PV renewable-energy installations, an electricity storage facility designed to provide emergency power for 2 hours, replacement of the existing 15/0.4 kV transformer station, and a concept for an energy-management system.
