Summary

The contract covers social support services for approximately 100 people in Michałów, including families, older people, people with disabilities and informal caregivers. The contractor must organise and deliver seven integration, educational and social events by 31 July 2027: Senior Citizens’ Day, Christmas Eve for older and lonely people, Chocolate Day, two Family and Children’s Day events, Bee Festival and an outdoor cinema event. The tender is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 6 October 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%), the experience of the proposed coordinator (30%) and a social clause (10%).
