Organisation and delivery of animation meetings under the Social Services for the Łódź Metropolitan Area project

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of animation meetings for seniors and people with disabilities at day-care facilities operated by the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Łódź. The activities are intended to support social, intellectual, physical and creative activation. The contract is divided into 5 lots, bids may be submitted for all lots, and the service period is 12 months. Each lot may include up to 2 additional meetings under an optional scope, which the contracting authority may order in whole, in part or not at all. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 00:00. Offers will be evaluated by price (60%), the experience of the person assigned to perform the service (20%) and the duration of one meeting (20%).
