Provision of new community-based social services for residents of Markowa Municipality under the “Social Premium” project

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of new community-based social services for residents of Markowa Municipality under the grant project “Social Premium”. It is divided into four lots: support-centre services in Tarnawka, including manual and handicraft activities, rehabilitation, psychological and dietary services and an integration event; family support services involving speech therapy; care services provided at home or in day-care formats; and specialist counselling for individuals and families. Bids may be submitted for all four lots. The contract periods are 1 July 2027 to 31 May 2029 for Lots 1 and 3, and 1 January 2027 to 31 May 2029 for Lots 2 and 4. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Marketplanet purchasing platform by 3 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60 points) and the experience in years of the proposed personnel (40 points).
