Air ticket and visa services for UMW units’ domestic and international business travel

Summary

The 12-month contract covers booking, selling and delivering air tickets for domestic and international business travel, as well as intermediary services for obtaining and purchasing visas for the UMW units. The contractor must meet the service specification and pricing-form requirements and submit the tender electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. Offers will be evaluated by price (60%), response time to enquiries about available flights (20%) and the time required to make an air-ticket reservation (20%).
