Preparation of design documentation for the construction of the western bypass from DK-94 to the investment areas at Bytomska Street in Siemianowice Śląskie – Stage II

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for Stage II of the western bypass from DK-94 to the investment areas at Bytomska Street in Siemianowice Śląskie, together with author’s supervision during construction. The scope includes surveys and design concepts, a Z-class road up to 1,000 metres long with pedestrian and cycle routes, lighting, geotechnical studies, utility protection, drainage, building and detailed designs, bills of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, permits and approvals, traffic organisation designs, approximately 10 property subdivision designs, responses to contractors’ questions and author’s supervision. The contract term is 40 months. The contracting authority may reduce or omit the author’s supervision services; payment for the design documentation remains guaranteed. Offers are due by 4 September 2026 at 00:00. Evaluation is based on gross price at 60% and the proposed contractual penalty amount at 40%.
