Early developmental support services for children under the comprehensive family support programme “For Life” in 2026

Summary

The procurement concerns individual early developmental support services for children from birth until they start school, delivered under the comprehensive family support programme “For Life” in 2026. The contract is divided into 31 lots covering speech therapy, neurological speech therapy, psychological and educational therapy, sensory integration, social skills training, physiotherapy, hand therapy, alternative and augmentative communication, autism support, corrective gymnastics, alpaca therapy, hippotherapy and dog therapy. The estimated total volume is 2,460 clock hours and the total gross budget is up to PLN 246,000. Services will generally be delivered at the contracting authority’s premises on weekdays between 08:00 and 19:00; travel costs are borne by the contractor. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 09:20 and must be signed with an accepted electronic signature. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the specialist’s experience carries 40%.
