Preparation of design documentation for adapting rooms into an ad hoc shelter in Czersk

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of comprehensive design and cost-estimation documentation for adapting rooms into an MDS ad hoc shelter in Czersk. There are two lots: Primary School No. 1 at 8 Dworcowa Street and Primary School No. 2 at 6 Kościuszki Street. Each facility is planned to provide shelter for up to 299 people. The documentation must cover architectural, structural, electrical, telecommunications and sanitary designs, cost estimates, bills of quantities, technical specifications, utility connections, accessibility, safety and energy-efficiency solutions. The contractor must obtain the required opinions, approvals, permits or construction notification, perform necessary surveys and analyses, provide author’s supervision, and update cost estimates for three years after final acceptance. The contract period is 90 days. Offers may be submitted for both lots. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and completion time at 40%. The submission deadline is 4 September 2026.
