Business plan preparation advisory services for participants in the “From Coal to Employment” project under FEW 2021–2027

Summary

The tender concerns business plan preparation advisory services for participants in the “From Coal to Employment” project who plan to establish a sole proprietorship or a civil partnership. At least four advisers will provide the service to up to 110 participants, and the contract will run until 30 April 2027. The full advisory service for each training group must be completed within 21 calendar days after the end of the training stage. If more participants are recruited, the contracting authority may increase the scope by up to 50%. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 4 September 2026.
