Career counselling for individual vocational competency assessments and individual action plans in the FEW 2021–2027 project

Summary

The tender concerns individual vocational competency assessments and the preparation of individual action plans for 70 project candidates. The service must be delivered by at least two qualified career counsellors, and each candidate’s service must be completed within 21 calendar days after the contact details are provided. The diagnostic meeting must take place within 14 days, and the complete documentation must be delivered within 7 days after the meeting. The contract runs until 31 March 2027, and the contracting authority may increase the scope by up to 50% if more candidates are recruited. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
