Personal assistance service for a person with disabilities – Part II

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive provision of personal assistance services for people with disabilities participating in a project in Koszalin. Services will be provided to up to 5 participants in supported apartments at Lechicka 3/2 and Niepodległości 11/2 and 11/4, within the administrative boundaries of Koszalin. The contract covers a maximum of 2,240 hours until 30 June 2028, including approximately 2,080 hours of individual support and 160 hours accompanying participants to cultural activities. The minimum guaranteed scope is 896 hours, and payment will be made monthly for documented hours actually performed. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 08:00. The award criteria are gross price (60%), additional qualifications of an assigned assistant (20%) and social clauses (20%).
