Rehabilitation services for project participants – second procedure

Summary

The tender covers rehabilitation services for project participants in two lots: Lot I, mobile rehabilitation, and Lot II, stationary rehabilitation. Lot I includes physiotherapy consultations of up to 60 minutes, individual therapy and manual therapy of up to 45 minutes each. Lot II additionally includes physical therapy of up to 30 minutes. Services are to be provided until 30 June 2027 or until the contract value is exhausted, whichever occurs first; the earliest start is 15 September 2026 for Lot I and 1 October 2026 for Lot II. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Evaluation is based on price (60 points), the social clause (20 points) and staff experience (20 points). The bid deadline is 2 September 2026 at 10:00, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish.
