Preparation of complete design documentation for the construction of Cytrusowa Street in Wierzbice

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete cost and design documentation for the construction of approximately 200 metres of Cytrusowa Street in Wierzbice. The scope includes an asphalt road 5 metres wide, a turning bay at the end, necessary technical infrastructure, street lighting, provision for a future sanitary sewer network, obtaining all required approvals and decisions including a final ZRID decision, and author’s supervision during construction. The contract period is 18 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish via the eZamawiający platform by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 3,000. Price accounts for 60% and the designer’s experience for 40% of the evaluation.
