Analysis of the list of energy-efficiency improvement measures and the energy-efficiency audit methodology

Summary

The contract concerns preparing an expert analysis to verify and update the list of projects improving energy efficiency, the list of project types, and the method for preparing energy-efficiency audits, including data and methods for determining and verifying energy savings. The service must be completed by 20 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the additional experience of the project team (40%). No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
