Domestic and international airline ticket reservation and sales services

Summary

The contract covers the ongoing reservation, sale and delivery of approximately 200 domestic and international airline tickets for employees, doctoral students and students of the public university in Slupsk. The service will be provided for 12 months from contract signature or until the allocated contract amount is exhausted. Bids must be submitted electronically through the specified purchasing platform by 4 September 2026 at 09:00 and must be signed with a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the agency transaction fee per ticket (40%); the transaction fee must be stated and must cover the full cost of the required booking and support services.
