Provision of medical services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of medical services for the contracting authority’s employees, associates and eligible family members, including occupational medicine, preventive healthcare, specialist consultations, laboratory and diagnostic tests, rehabilitation, dentistry, vaccinations and related outpatient procedures. The contract is planned for 12 months, from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027. The offer must cover the required employee, associate, family and relative package types and the relevant service scopes. At least 70 packages will be purchased. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are gross unit price (80%), the number of doctors in six key specialties in Lower Silesia (10%), patient-portal reimbursement functionality (5%) and an electronic occupational-medicine platform, including e-referrals (5%).
