Delivery of social services under the project for the deinstitutionalization of social services for older and dependent people
Summary
The tender concerns the delivery of social, training and advisory, care, and respite-care services for people needing support in everyday functioning and for their informal carers. It is divided into four parts, and bids may be submitted for one, several or all parts. Part 1 covers 35 individual assessments and Individual Support Pathways, up to 70 hours in total. Part 2 covers up to 1,920 hours of care services and 4,800 hours of specialist care services at participants’ homes. Part 3 covers support for informal carers, including training, support groups, in-home respite care and qualification for residential respite stays. Part 4 covers 72 two-week respite-care packages outside the participant’s home. Services must be delivered safely, accessibly, without discrimination and with appropriate qualified staff, coordination and documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 55 points, coordinator experience for 40 points and the social clause for 5 points.
