Physical protection service for persons and property

Summary

The tender concerns a 12-month physical protection service for persons, buildings, land and property of PPUH “RADKOM” in Radom, planned from 15 October 2026 at 20:00 to 14 October 2027 at 24:00. The planned volume is 26,814 labour hours. The contractor must provide continuous guarding at two posts, qualified security staff, a 24/7 mobile intervention group able to arrive within no more than 20 minutes, patrol monitoring, fire-safety response, vehicle and access control, random baggage checks of at least 125 per month, sobriety checks, documentation and an electronic patrol-control system. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 10,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are scored on gross price (98%) and intervention-group response time (2%); a 15-minute response time receives 2 points and 20 minutes receives 0 points.
